Picture Books & Resources
Sharing picture books with your child is a great way to start positive and difficult discussions. For those children suffering from anxiety reading about characters experiencing similar issues helps them to verbalise their worries and understand they are not alone. These books sensitively explore issues of unfamiliar situations, parent separation and bullying, among others.
These resources relate to the book, author and illustrator. The number of resources varies subject to subject. Please check they are appropriate for your specific needs before using them with children. If you have any suggestions please get in touch!
