“Ruby was perfectly happy. Until one day… she discovered a Worry.” It wasn’t very big, but it stayed with her all day. No one else could see her Worry so Ruby tried to ignore it. But it just got bigger. As the Worry followed her everywhere she stopped doing the things she loved. She started to wonder if she will ever be happy again. “Ruby didn’t realise, but she was doing the worst thing you can ever do with a Worry… she was worrying about it!” She spots a sad boy in the park with his own Worry. Ruby encourages him to discuss his problems and the Worry began to shrink. When Ruby starts to talk her “Worry began to shrink until it was barely there at all. Soon, both of their Worries were gone!” Ruby felt happy again. Though a Worry appears every now and again she now knows how to get rid of them.
