A little porcupine needs a hug. With her prickly spikes, she gets rebuffed when she asks other animals for a hug, “I need a hug. Will you cuddle me, Lou?” The rabbit looks stunned and replies “What? With those spikes? Get away from me! Shoo!” She gets similar responses from a bear and a moose. The despondent porcupine sees the three animals running back towards her. “You’ve all changed your mind!” Only to find they are running away from a snake who asked “for a kiss.” And the unappreciated porcupine and snake hug each other, finally feeling some love.
